- ➤ University of Wyoming Director of Bands, Matthew Schlomer (founder of the Sound Garden Project), has partnered with Concert Artists to connect communities with classical music. - ➤ On Wednesday morning, the University of Wyoming Board of Trustees approved converting Orr Hall into housing for upperclassmen after the Biennium Budget Committee's recommendation. The move will improve student living conditions on campus. Laramie Boomerang
