GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ A federal appeals court ruled Tuesday that four hunters did not trespass when they used a ladder in 2021 to cross a corner and access public land near a Wyoming ranch in Carbon County. Iron Bar Holdings may try to appeal the decision, which supports public access but leaves questions on property rights—fueling debate for future cases. Cowboy State Daily
