- ➤ On March 23, a late-night crash on Highway 130 between Laramie and Centennial killed 18-year-old Riggin Schaffer after he stopped to help a disabled pickup when Nathan Geertz O’Leary’s silver Ford F-150 lost control and a 49-year-old driver struck the vehicle—while O’Leary was ticketed for DUI and related charges and no charges were filed against the 49-year-old.
