Wyoming businessman Reid Rasner offered nearly $50B to buy TikTok by seeking a controlling stake in the app’s assets; his lawyer sent the offer to the Chinese owners as Rasner plans to bring jobs & growth to the state.
He recently ran for U.S. Senate against John Barrasso and has founded several local firms as part of his effort to boost the local economy.
