- ➤ The intersection at Spruce and Garfield will close on July 14 for a valley pan installation and northbound traffic on Spruce will be routed east on Cedar Street with left turns onto Garfield unavailable. The intersection will reopen on July 21 for trough traffic while access to Greenbelt Trailhead, Optimist Park, and local businesses remains available—contact the Streets Department for details.
