- ➤ The Interior Department announced on Wednesday its plan to repeal the Public Lands Rule, starting a 60-day comment period — Wyoming lawmakers say the change will protect grazing rights and boost energy production. Tara Nethercott ended a select committee meeting Tuesday when lawmakers failed to advance a bill raising online sports betting taxes as well as proposals on other gaming issues—leaving the tax increases stalled.
