- ➤ A transient man David Wayne Leyba, 61, was sentenced Tuesday to a two-month jail stint with credit for time served and will face a strict three-year probation program that includes in-patient treatment and drug court participation — the judge warned he faces six to eight years in prison if he contacts his victim and he must pay nearly $7,735 in restitution for the harm caused in 2023. - ➤ Today, WyoTech in Laramie announced a $42.8 million expansion that will add 137,000 square feet to its campus to meet growing demand for trade programs.
